Political Ad of the Day: Rick Perry knows there’s something wrong in this country “when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.”

I know there’s something wrong in this country when gays can’t get married, but small-minded, intolerant, homophobic fear-mongers like Rick Perry can be considered viable presidential candidates.

There were moments where the guy turned into such a buffoon that it was all kind of funny and not scary. Then you see shit like this that directly targets some people that will follow it, as if there is actually a factual and logical line of thought to follow, and you remember that this was never, ever just kind of a fun thing to laugh at on the news.
